RE: [xliff] CS02 Uploaded

Wow, thanks Rodolfo, I didn't even know that file existed. I can't do that
one myself since it involves a different server, but I'll enter a support
issue for our IT dept to set up the redirect. I couldn't locate the previous
PDF; I'll grab that as well and get it uploaded.
