Groups - XLIFF TC Teleconference added

Hello,

This meeting will focus on XLIFF 1.3 (as decided in the last meeting). 

Beginning in October we will meet twice per month.  The meetings on the
first Tuesday of the month will focus on XLIFF 2.0 development.  And the
meetings on the third Tuesday of the month will focus on preparing our
quick-turn on XLIFF 1.3.
