Please write a short descriptive log message when you changesomething on the wiki

Hi all,

Let's get into the habit of writing a log message when we change something or add a page. It makes things a lot easier to follow through e.g. RSS, as well as viewing the history of a page. (Yes, I am as guilty as anyone else with this!)
