Officer to chair Tuesday's meeting?

Hello,

I just found out I cannot attend the TC meeting on Tuesday the 15th. We need to have one officer on the call to take roll and preside over votes. If one of the officers will let me know that they will be on the call, I will be happy to send out the agenda. If not, I will need to cancel.
