OSCAR standards now available

Hi all,

I wanted to let you all know that the LISA/OSCAR standards are now (finally!) available online at the following URLs

http://www.ttt.org/oscarStandards

The GALA one is having some minor problems with a few links due to a server misconfiguration, but all the files are accessible and available there.
