The DocBook template is currently available online in a version which is not fully supported by OASIS TC Administration, although we will provide as much assistance as we can, if needed.

Ken Holman has developed and made available a DocBook package w/ scripts and other tools for use in preparing OASIS specs.  It is available at:

Status of the document:
This is a 
work in progress contributed to the OASIS TC administration 
and does not at this time represent
the consensus of any particular OASIS Technical Committee.  There are no
 plans to make this a formal Committee Specification as it is merely an 
internal document made available to committee members to support the 
publishing process.
