Just a note on 2.9 from the discussion today. Do not refer to RFC 5446 in this item. Instead refer to BCP 47. If you use BCP 47 you will automatically refer to the proper current RFC. An RFC number will, at some point, be obsolete, but BCP 47 always points to the most current RFC.
