I've checked with our IS and in that case it may be just because of the size of the attachment. 11+ MB.
So I'll keep an open eye for missing emails, but it may be something on my side.

I have a report from a user that the XLIFF list mail server is not sending emails as expected (details listed by Yves below). Is there a glitch in the system that you know of?
