Cancel the meeting for December 20?

Hello,

I suspect we will have a difficult time achieving quorum for the next XLIFF meeting. I'm wondering if we should try to hold the meeting, and just have an unofficial work session (if we don't have enough voting members on line), or should I just cancel.

Please let me know your thoughts.
