Preparing to withdraw "2.14. (A16) Multiple File elements"

I own this, (http://wiki.oasis-open.org/xliff/XLIFF2.0/FeatureTracking?action=""> ) but no longer see a need for it. Unless somebody would like to take over ownership of this item, I will move it to the discarded proposals area.

 

In short, the proposal says either eliminate <file> elements and treat <xliff> as the file element (this part I never endorsed), or add extra metadata in the header regarding the <file>s set, and create a <files> wrapper for multiple <file> element.

 

I think the metadata issue is being addressed separately from this proposal. And I see no compelling reason to add the wrapper.

 

If somebody else wants to take this over, let me know. Otherwise I'm going to the discarded section.
