Based on a CFD to improve the language in Extension section to NO prohibit using the maximalist method, https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/201307/msg00011.html, and refined here: https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff/201307/msg00016.html, under section 2.7.2, changed from "Tools must not rely on user extensions (either in the Metadata module or custim namespace based) other than the ones possibly defined in <skeleton> to create the translated version of the original document. " to "Tools must not rely on custom namespace extensions, other than the ones possibly defined in <skeleton>, to create the translated version of the original document."
Removed the restriction from using Metadata module for roundtripping, and fixed the typo.
