Log:
Implementing agreed on order for core, module and extensions on the structural elements. Add notes on all structural levels as agreed. Update to tree and some attributes usages to reflect solution to re-segmentation. Bugfix for tree.xml that lacked the slr:data element in some places where it was already allowed by the specification text. Fix typo validatiom.xml -> validation.xml in a few places.
