spec printout for tomorrow's meeting

Hi all, I have just made a penultimate printout of the spec for tomorrow's meeting.

I was unable to make the branch for Yves' solution for the approved/canMerge|state pair of attributes because I am waiting for implementations of solutions for csprd01 comments

003, 031, and 058

The TC will need to verify/approve the following comments' resolutions to be able to progress to the second public review:

031/058 - potential changes and clarifications in slr module - not yet in spec

045 - handling of xmlns attributes

051 - justification and clarification of <ignorable>

052 - clarification of mtc origin attribute

059 - corrections of schema
