105 namespace for validation examples in Dec-17 draft

Thanks for fixing the missing namespace prefix.
It looks like all examples have them now.
This resolves issue 105.

BTW: I haven't implemented this module, so I didn't read it closely yet. But I've noticed that there are several occurrences of
"<isPresent>" which I think should be just "isPresent".
