Lynx in the clouds

Hi everyone,

In the spirit of trying to make all things XLIFF 2 a little more accessible I've put together a basic Web version of Lynx that can
perform validation on-line.

It's here: http://lynx.okapi-xliff.cloudbees.net/validation

It is updated at the same time the toolkit is updated.
