csprd03 - 214 - ref attribute in Translation Candidate annotation

Hi everyone,

Dave and I were assigned issue 214:

To close it we propose the following changes in "5.1.4 Translation Candidate Annotation":

- remove completely the note

- remove the ref="https://myCoolTMServer.me/en-fr/He%20is%20my%20friend." in the example (and fix the ref="m1" to ref="#m1")

- in the usage section, change "The ref attribute is OPTIONAL" to "The ref attribute is not used".


If we do not hear dissent by Tuesday 25 February we will assume TC approval.
