csprd03 - 209 incorrect values for appliesTo in change_tracking.xsd

The schema change_tracking.xsd uses the XLIFF core definition for the appliesTo attribute of the <revisions> element. But the specification describes other values. The original comment is at https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/xliff-comment/201402/msg00009.html.

 

Since the specification states that the value must be an XLIFF element name, the appropriate type for the attribute is xs:NMTOKEN.

 

To close this issue, I propose to correct the attribute type for ctr:revisions@appliesTo. Also as this will leave no remaining references to core, import of the xlf namespace can be removed. Please raise any dissent by Friday, February 28.
