Proposed solution and CFD for csprd03 239 error in example for 4.7.2.4.2 Creating a brand-new code

I propose that in section "4.7.2.4.2 Creating a brand-new code" the example we change:

 

dataRefStart="n2"

 

to

 

dataRefStart="n1"
