Implementations

Hi everyone,

I'm working on an article on XLIFF2 for the June issue of Multilingual and I'd like to list some of the tools already implementing
2.0. I now know the ones from UL (Thanks Dave & David), and I hope to get Bryan's list soon. But are there anyone else working on
implementations (even non-public) that could be mentioned?
