CSPRD03 #211 currentVersion missing its attribute type

CSPRD03 #211: In section "5.6.5.3 currentVersion" the specification states that the value is an NMTOKEN, while in the schema it is not defined, so I believe it is implicitly an xs:string.

 

I believe the specification is correct and will change the schema accordingly, unless I hear dissent by the end of this week.
