Members of the XLIFF TC, 

As you now know, the ballot to approve your charter clarification has closed and the ballot has passed unanimously. 

TC Admin will now publish your updated charter on the TC's webpage and notify the membership. TC Admin JIRA ticket https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-1812 has been set up to track this activity.

Description

        This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote. The TC roster currently lists 13 voting members. In order to pass, at least 9 (2/3 x 13) members have to vote Yes and no more than  3 (1/4 x 13) members may vote No.
