Fwd: Welcome to OASIS XML Localisation Interchange File Format (XLIFF) TC

Hi all, please join me in welcoming Jirka Kosek, who just joined the XLIFF TC.

Although Jirka does not plan to maintain voting status in our TC, he is a world class validation expert and his help will be most welcome in providing the advanced validation feature in XLIFF 2.1.

Jirka is a long term active member of the DocBook TC and a highly active W3C member, among other things one of the Editors of the ITS 2.0 Recommendation.

Jirka already helped us solve a few issues with our spec's DocBook template. Thanks to him our pdf won't have garbled extended characters :-)
