WIP minutes from XLIFF Info-session at FEISGILTT 2014/5th XLIFF Sympoium in Dublin

these minutes are Work In Progress.. I am awaiting some more input from Reporters and Scribes.

Anyways, it might be beneficial to have a look even in the raw state.

I hope to provide a penultimate draft of these minutes during next week, when I have gathered all the input.
