I'd like to suggest an item under 2A
I filled out a high level summary for the ITS 2.0 feature in XLIFF 2.1

And I'd like to suggest that the TC approved this feature for 2.1.
We can have a short discussion on this, but otherwise I think we can save time by setting up an electronic ballot to approve this feature..
