Provisional media type registration ballot

Hi all,

this is to propose the following electronic ballot as just discussed in the meeting:

I move that the XLIFF TC Officers work with OASIS Administration to make a provisional media type registration for XLIFF Version 2.0 and higher based on the following

Media Type Registration Template for XLIFF Version 2.0

Committee Specification 0122 September 2014

Simple majority ballot, options YES/NO/Abstain

Do I have second?

[Please note that the approved CS01 has the Provisional flag set to YES, as it was intended from the start as the provisional registration template. The final (provisional set to NO)  registration template will be merged with the 2.1 draft and progress with it.]
