XLIFF TC members availability to meet 2014/2015

to indicate if you will be available for the TC calls on 16th December 2014 and 6th January 2015. We assume normal availability as of 20th January.

We may decide to meet for informal technical discussion even if quorum is not likely to be achieved. Just look for normal invites from Bryan.
