this is now fixed in the Docbook source and will be fixed in the next printout

I made ids of the corresponding term mrks in source and target both "m1" and used "t=m1"  in the ref attribute of <translation>.

The translation entry refers to #m2 which is a <mrk> in <target>. It should refers to #t=m2 to be valid.

This said, I'm not sure why the terminology annotation in source and target don't have the same ID in the first place.
