NVDL validation for XLIFF 2.0

Hi all!

The advanced validation tool is available now 
here in the trunk folder. You will need to download the entire "NVDL-XLIFF 2.0 advanced validation" folder and then run "xliff_2.0_advanced_validation.nvdl" in order to validate XLIFF 2.0 instances. 

Schematron rules separately for the core and each module also can be found in the same folder.
