this is to highlight hopefully the last printout before tomorrow's meeting..
Please review the newest Change Tracking Proposal
I think it addresses well all recent feedback from Chase and Yves and all known use cases.
Also I made one last small change to Provenance adding the option to load the ctr:author with Provenance data as agreed in Berlin 2015. I think this was the last thing missing on Provenance..
Also I added a mention in the ITS Module that the ITS Storage Size is not specified this time, but restricted the extensions related to this category to the slr Module..
