XLIFF 2.1 csprd02 - B.1 XML Schemas Tree needs updated

Hi all,

the informative listing/schemas tree [B.1 in Appendix B] doesn't reflect two xsd schemas for ITS Module

Maybe the tree should be completely redone to reflect the NVDL master file using xsd and sch artifacts
