D: there are three public review issues on our JIRA that are opened and formally not resolved by now.
(David shows in screen the report and then JIRA).
d: There was a big change coming from solving issue 9. The resolution of issue 9, created some child issues that were also solved (18 and 19). I would like to make a formal call for dissent for the proposed solutions of issues 18 and 19.

D: Issue 4, there was some feedback and discussion with Yves. There was a gap in the data model. It did not allow to track segment states. We also did not have uniqueness constraints in change tracking and translation candidates. There is now a new section
in those modules: Core Reuse, just before Module Elements. In connection with issue 4, we developed the core reuse id uniqueness for Change Tracking and we used it also for the Translation Candidates Module. Does the solution seem fine? Issue 20.
