the ctr xsd was also not to be run as per https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/XLIFF-32, I see you commented it out, so that's fine.

I moved the change_tracking.xsd from the normative location to a newly created location for extensions, where we could also publish 3rd party extensions' validation artifacts if people gave them to us.. Due to the OASIS policy on prevailing artifacts it could be interpreted stronger than the prose if left among the module artifacts..

Soroush, in case you still have the Schematron for the 2.0 CTR, you can place it in the extensions folder next to the xsd.
