Review and Approval of SOUs in the meeting today

Hi all,

this is to provide SOU approval language for the meeting today.

We should start with a discussion of the SOUs that are available and then approve the SOUs either 1 by 1 or summarily if we didn't uncover reasons to go 1 by 1 in the initial discussion.

I move to accept the Statements of Use for XLIFF Version 2.1.
