XLIFF TM profile to supplant TMX 1.4b proposal

Dear XLIFF TC,

    
Subsequent to the very constructive discussions @ the FEISGILTT
      pre-conference session in Santa Clara yesterday regarding the
      future of the ETSI LIS TMX standard, we have suggested that due to
      its maturity and comprehensive nature a specific TM profile be
      added that would allow XLIFF 2.x to be used as an effective
      replacement for TMX 1.4b. TMX 1.4b is now grossly out of date and
      cannot be developed any further due to ownership restrictions
      imposed by ETSI. 

    

    
Could this be considered as a work item for the XLIFF TC?
