Linking <note> to <segment>

Hi,

I'm trying to add support for segment notes in an application and can't find a direct way to associate a given note with a specific segment.

Notes for segments are stored at <unit> level and there is no attribute that can point to a given <segment> or <ignorable>.

Would you agree on creating an attribute that helps connect notes with segments?
