I disagree, the charter should mandate current work and not provideÂa history lesson.

1.0 and 1.1 were never finished from the point of view of OASIS, they're just predecessors of 1.2 which is also deprecatedÂand not maintained.

Besides, historic versions of the charter are still linked and accessible
