C++ to XML Schema / DTD

Hi,

Hopefully, this is an appropriate question for this list. If not
please except my apologies. Any tips for a more appropriate forum
would be appreciated. 

I am looking for a way to express C++ code in an XML format. 

I was hoping someone might have some ideas regarding this
task.
