RE: [xml-dev] IDs considered harmful or why keys might be bettert hanIDs...

So we are back to where we were two weeks ago when we first 
said "these requirements:  Xpointer and streaming".

Elaborate on why it breaks in streaming and how the proposed 
xml:idatts fixes this.  Points for how permanent a fix this 
would be given any other known architectural holes.
