That I can agree with. Action-expected is just another chunk-o-data
used to test ontological commitment. It doesn't require a wedding,
but picking up the check for dinner is nice. That is probably the
ultimate expression of loose coupling.

After some reflection I agree that an XML message must contain, along
with the data, an indication of how the sender wants the data acted
upon. What I do not agree with is that the data and the
action-indication must be inextricably married.
