RE: [xml-dev] Dave Winer's RSS 2.0

RSS 1.0 looks a lot simpler (e.g. see [1]) and seems a more straightforward
way of extending RSS's capabilities than this fudged proposal, and isn't as
likely to be changed on a whim.

But let us know if he makes it to Poland...
