One where indemnification clauses are standard business 
contract items and in which assuming that risk for 
open source could make it more expensive than other 
options.  Risk management is essential to credible 
competition because one does this on behalf of the 
customer.  The contract is made by liquidation 
obligations.  If the open source community does 
not assume those obligations, they are not credible. 

This isn't a technology sand pile.
