Hi,

We test to see if a feature is present. For example:

try {
  var testDom = new ActiveXObject("Msxml2.DOMDocument.4.0");
} catch(e) {
  if (!testDom) alert("Get latest...");
}

MSXML2 varies a great deal between its updates so you might want to test for
specific needs of your app.
