DecisionSoft release open source XPath 2 implementation for Xerces-C

DecisionSoft are pleased to announce the first public release of Pathan
2, the leading open source implementation of XPath 2 for Xerces-C.

This release represents a full implementation of the May release of the
XPath 2 group of specifications.
