Infoset errata

A small number of errata to the Infoset spec have been published at

  http://www.w3.org/2001/10/02/xml-infoset-errata.html

The main change is to bring the Infoset up-to-date with XML 1.1 and
Namespaces 1.1 by specifying the infosets of XML 1.1 documents; this
does not affect the infosets of XML 1.0 documents.  No infoitems or
properties are added or removed.

There is also a change to specify the consequences of some kinds of
validity errors, such as multiply-declared notations, that were
inadvertently not covered in the original spec.  Others, such as
multiply-defined IDs, were already covered.

The XML Core WG expects to publish an Edited Recommendation
incorporating these errata.
