[ANN] Oxygen XML Editor 4.2

I'm glad to announce a new release of Oxygen XML Editor, version 4.2. 
Oxygen is an XML Editor, an XML Schema editor (W3C XML Schemas, Relax NG 
schemas and also NRL schemas are supported) and an XSLT editor and Debugger.

Version 4.2 of <oXygen/> XML Editor adds as main feature support for 
presenting schema related information while editing or browsing an XML
