ANN: XML Schema 1.1 for Managers

Hi Folks,

I created a tutorial, for managers, on XML Schema 1.1. 

Its purpose is to give an overview of the new features of XML Schema 1.1, without getting into its syntax, and to show how the new features can benefit a business.
