How to validate Schematron embedded in RNC?

I have seen this:

http://www.tei-c.org/release/xml/tei/custom/schema/relaxng/tei_all.rnc

and was wondering what tool should I use for the validation (both RNC
and Schematron) to be performed..

Has anybody done such validation? How?
