[ann] oXygen XML Editor version 16

Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you know that a new major release of oXygen XML 
Editor, version 16 is available from our website
http://www.oxygenxml.com

The new version improves the XSLT and XPath support adding XSLT quick 
fixes [1], new XSLT refactoring actions, support for developing with 
Saxon CE and XPath execution on a set of files

The new Ant editor [2] will help you when you use Ant to orchestrate 
processing - this features an Outline view, content completion, search 
and refactoring actions, support for working with Ant modules in the 
context of the main Ant script, hierarchy and dependencies views.

On the visual XML editing oXygen XML Editor version 16 brings better 
support for working with conditional content [3] and better support for 
tables. The style of the WebHelp output can be customized with the new 
online WebHelp skin builder [4].
