NVDL & ISO Schematron?

What would people currently recommend to do NVDL validation including standalone schematron?

It looks like the current version of Jing from github has some degree of support, but documentation doesn’t mention it explicitly; can anyone enlighten as to what support is offered, or if there are any alternatives out there?
