[ANN] SchXslt, another XSLT-based Schematron processor

Hello all,

I just published SchXslt, another XSLT-based Schematron processor.

It follows the same idea as Rick's Skeleton implementation, but
implements it differently.

Most notably it only supports the xslt2 query language.
